The Pomerado Hospital Mothers of Twins and Triplets (PHMOTT) Club is a non-profit, philanthropic organization whose purpose is to provide support and education to families with twins or higher multiples with education of the parents and children being foremost.

PHMOTT meets on the FOURTH MONDAY of every month in the 3rd floor conference room at Pomerado Hospital in Poway at 15615 Pomerado Road, Poway, CA 92064.

To become a member of PHMOTT, you must be the parent or guardian of multiple birth children. Our club is non-denominational and non-profit and welcomes all families of multiple birth children. Dues are $30 per year payable in June and will be pro-rated if you join later. A three month trial membership is also available.

Membership includes National and State dues, NOMOTC Notebook newsletter, all club activities and our monthly newsletter, Reflections, which is provided electronically.
Current club members live in the following areas: Escondido, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Ramona, Scripps Ranch and Carmel Mountain.

At each meeting there will be an interesting speaker(s) in order to assist us along the journey of raising multiples. Past speakers have included marriage counselors, financial advisors, arts & crafts for little people and a twin panel made up of mom's of older twins who field questions to name a few. In addition to our monthly meetings, we also have periodic events which include, Mom's Night Out, holiday parties for families as well as adults only and our annual silent auction & raffle evening. Check out our upcoming activities on our events page.
